The Puffer Itch Roller comes with a smooth roller ball, that's filled with cooling gel for longer lasting cooling. We also invented the world's first rolling bump ball (see here) , that combines the bumps from the Scratch Star with the rolling massage of the Scratch Attack Roller. This accessory is sold separately.
Textures on the ball press into skin to interrupt itch pathways to the brain, replacing friction from scratching that often causes harm when scratching eczema, psoriasis or any chronically itchy condition.

How to use

- Store your Safe Scratcher in the fridge
- When itchiness arises, gentle glide over itchy area, using gentle pressure and moving in circular motions.
- Use on freshly moisturised skin, or with a moisturiser for added glide and safety.
- Clean thoroughly after each use ensuring all moisturiser is removed.
- Dry thoroughly after each use.
- Place back in the fridge.

The Scratch Star is suitable for: Arms, legs, tops of hands, tops of feet, cheeks, shoulders, chest, back. This product feels like fingernails, and needs to be used with a moisturiser for added glide.
The Scratch Attack Roller is suitable for: Eyes, eyelids, face, neck, behind elbows, behind knees, can be used over full body. This product offers a gentle, cooling massage, and can be used with or without moisturiser.
The Puffer Itch Roller is suitable for: Fingers, knuckles, hands, toes, feet. This product offers a gentle, cooling massage, and can be used with or without moisturiser.
The Bumpy Ball is an accessory to the Puffer Itch Roller (Ball Only), that adds a fingernail-like sensation to your scratching, it rolls, so can be used with or without moisturiser.
The Scalp Scratcher is suitable for: Scalp, Hairline. You can use with or without moisturiser, wet or dry.

This is such a great product, really helps with soothing itchy fingers and has been great in the hot weather to cool down itchy patches and relieve the itch. Great size and makes it super portable so has been great on the move. Would recommend.

I purchased this for my daughter who gets itchy hands from time to time when typing for long periods. Left in the fridge to cool down then used on her hands and wrists - it really helped ! So it’s a thumbs up from her ! May buy the starfish later.
I used the puffer itch roller with the bumpy ball to help my son with his regular scratch. I purchased this in addition to my previous purchase as I made mistake ordering the scratch attack with the bumpy ball, thinking they were compatible.
The size of the puffer itch roller is perfect for my son's hand and he often uses it as his toy too. Since I got this, we are getting him to switch his habit from scratching with his fingers to using cosi care products. It is definitely showing improvement as he gets the relief without the irritation to his skin. However, it is still work in progress as every parent/person may know the feeling of having ezcema.
My son suffers badly with eczema on his hands so I got him the smoothie and bumpy small balls. They’ve really helped with stopping him scratching his hands and have provided much needed relief especially in the current hot weather. Getting 2 balls works really well as one can be in the fridge whilst the other is in use.
