Essential Scratch System

I disliked the coldness of the product. Didn’t feel relief from itchiness … just the coldness. Not a fan of this product and it is non-refundable.

It was quite expensive but is helping my 6 year old grandson manage his excema so worth the money.

Good relief, good wuality

At first, my daughter wasn’t sure this device would help, as she has struggled with scratching her skin for many years and had developed the habit of automatically scratching her body without even thinking about it. When she first started using the star-shaped scratch relief tool, she found it a little difficult because she wasn’t used to using scratch-relief products.
However, after giving it some time and getting used to it, she found it helpful. It has provided a safer alternative to scratching with her nails and has helped her manage the urge to scratch more effectively. We’re pleased that she stuck with it, and it has become a useful tool for her.

I bought my daughter the total scratch system as part of her birthday and they are a big hit. She went to sleep tonight with me using the star on her insude elbow crease. She said it feels great. The cooling ball may also have more than one use as I used it tonight to calm a couple of perimenopausal hot flushes and it was amazing!! Perhaps there is another product idea in there somewhere.... All round great products

Helps my eyes when they are stinging. It rolls nicely over the small areas. The star is nice with cream on it. We give a 4 only due to the high cost, however, it is worth it and medically approved we know that it is safe.

These give my daughter independence with her scratching. She goes the fridge and grabs it when she needs them. She really liked them.

Great product! Very helpful. Instantly we saw a reduction in scratching and breathing of skin.

This set is great! So worried about the damage to skin from itching normally, and whilst the cost isn’t cheap the relief it brings is worth it. Not to mention the quality of the product, really appreciate the star comes with a flexible cover.

Will be buying the roller ball replacement so caveat have the relief on the go a little more.

I am very pleased with this product. Everything is as described. Pain free and cool soothing massage instead of bloody pain when scratching.

It is a great tool to stop scratching to the point of opening skin when I have eczema flares. the ability to keep it in the freezer/fridge to have the added benefit of cooling calmness has also been extremely helpful.

My 5 year old scratches until she bleeds, I’m so thankful for this tool!!! Although it had taken her sometime to reach for it before using her nails to scratch but definitely can tell a difference in her skin when she uses it. She loves the roller ball for her extra itchy spots!

Bought for my Grandson who has had eczema since 6 months old. He's now 20, and has bad flare ups. He's said this is the first time he's been able to reach the itch without tearing his skin. He's highly recommending these items

I was hesitant at first to buy this due to price and wasn't sure it would work. I gave in after wondering about it for a few weeks and its great. Had an issur with delivery (i put wrong flat number) emailed over and was sorted no bother at all and quickly. The star scratcher to me is not quite the "finger nail scratching" but takes really does take the itch away, and gives your skin a chance to heal. Thats the biggest part for me. The roller ball is really good especially on the neck and eyes. 100% recommend without a doubt!

My daughter is in love with this it helps to scratch her skin, but at the same time it doesn’t tear or cut the skin like it does if she uses her nails.
I think the only thing that I would say is that something like this needs to be created for people to use on their backs.
