Shipping policy
Introduction
In this policy we set out details of the delivery methods, periods and charges that apply to orders for our products made through our website.
This policy shall not create legally enforceable rights and obligations; rather, our usual practice in relation to the delivery of products is indicated in this policy.
Geographical Limitations
We will be able to deliver to the following countries and territories: England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the European Union (EU), and the United States of America (USA).
Delivery Methods and Periods
The methods that we use to deliver our products, and the time periods within which delivery is usually completed, are as follows:
- United Kingdom (mainland and Northern Ireland): Orders are fulfilled by our third-party logistics partner, ShipBob. Delivery is typically completed within 2 working days from dispatch.
- European Union (EU): Delivery is usually completed within 7–14 working days from dispatch.
- United States (USA): Delivery is usually completed within 5–10 working days from dispatch.
The delivery periods set out above are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the stated period.
Pre-Orders
If you complete a pre-order, your order will fall outside of our usual shipping times. Estimated dispatch dates will be provided on the product page at the time of purchase.
You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched, and your delivery timeframe will then begin from the date of dispatch.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges will be calculated by our website and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process, or alternatively quoted by us.
Applicable delivery charges will depend upon the delivery method you select, the location of the delivery address, and the size and weight of the products in your order.
Our delivery charges are as follows:
- UK deliveries: £4.20 per order.
- EU deliveries: €15 per order. Customs duties, taxes, and VAT (where applicable) will be calculated and presented at checkout so there are no unexpected charges on delivery.
- USA deliveries: $8 per order.
Free Shipping will apply to any orders over £65 for UK, $90 for USA and €75 for EU.
Delivery Tracking
Delivery tracking is available in respect of all orders for our products.
To track your delivery, enter your order number (provided in your order confirmation email) into our delivery service provider’s tracking portal.
Receipt, Signature & Security
All deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature may be required.If in-person receipt is not required, you must ensure that your delivery address is secure and suitable for parcels to be left. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost, stolen, or uncollected after a delivery has been successfully made to the address provided.
Importance of Providing the Correct Address
It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide the correct and complete delivery address when placing your order.
- If the wrong or incomplete address is provided, or the delivery address is inaccessible, your order may be delayed or returned to us.
- We will not refund or replace orders that are lost, stolen, or uncollected due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
- If an order is returned to us because it was undeliverable, you will be contacted and offered the option of re-delivery (subject to payment of re-delivery costs) or refund of the product cost minus the original shipping fee. Refunds will only be issued once the parcel has been safely returned to us.
Additional Deliveries
If an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service provider will make at least one more attempt to deliver the products in your order.
Collection
If your products remain undelivered despite multiple delivery attempts, the delivery service provider will leave a card at your address with instructions on how you may collect your products, including a time limit for collection.
Delivery Problems
If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us using the contact details published on our website.
If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products within the relevant time limit, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even where the initial delivery was free of charge).
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been confirmed and paid for, it is automatically handed to our fulfilment company for processing. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that cancellations can be made once an order is placed.
- If you wish to request a cancellation, please email us immediately at info@cosi-care.com with your order number.
- If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel and refund your order in full.
- If your order has already been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may return the items to us in line with our Returns Policy once they arrive.
