The Scratch Attack Roller

I've had severe eczema since I was born and thw medication etc has eased it somewhat, bit the otch-scratch cycle is killer. This roller came on the hottest day of the year and was left outside. When I opened it, ot was still cold. You can tell straight away that its made of solid great material. Ive used it loads (woth and without products) and it stops those nagging itches that I know if I start, il end up bleeding. People say its expensive, but im in my 40s now, and I'd have paid any amount to have thos years ago. My dermatologist is happy me using it and is pleased im not ripping into my skin as much. Seriously, huge thanks. Its worth saving up for! I dont know what id do without mine now!

My daughter has suffered with really bad eczema to the point she been in a&e i came across cosi care on tik tok after looking at there website i thought the roller would be perfect for her , its always hard to spend money on new things especially when you've spent £100s on all sort of creams ect but it has been the best investment and we have brought more , we have the roller for her face and neck, the star for her body and the little mini one for school we never leave the house without one, its helped her so much cant recommend it enough! Photos below of how bad her neck was before using the roller she still gets flare ups but it has never been this bad again and the cosi care products help to keep it at bay, even her teachers also love the roller and say how well it helps her in school

Super cute design. I love how it easily disassembles for washing between uses. It’s so soothing, especially after being refrigerated!

This is a great product iv had etopic eczema for over 50 years. It takes my itch away right away. I highly recommend this product. I'm going to buy small one for fingers.

It's really effective but I keep pinching myself between the ball and the rim when I roll it between neck and shoulder.

Not as good as the scratch star, doesn't offer scratch relief. Has a nice cooling effect but same could be achieved with a cold flannel

This has become my go to, it really helps distract me from the itch of eczema and have noticed reduction in scratching.

I've suffered from eczema for 40 years and only wish something like this had been around when I was a child. I really welcome and applaud these products as an important step forward. I received my roller today. I had fairly modest expectations, to be honest, after a lifetime of trying unsuccessfully to control my itching. It's exceeded my expectations. So far, I've found that, while it doesn't satisfy the itch as much as scratching would (nothing could!) it effectively "pauses" those scratching urges in a pleasant way, giving the itch time to pass without damaging your skin in the meantime. I have the sense that it could be most valuable when I'm struck by a really destructive itch attack(!) - though haven't yet put it to the ultimate test. For now it sits next to me on my desk and I'm pleased to have it.
It's not cheap but it's clearly good quality and built to last. And, frankly, if it helps control scratching, it genuinely improves quality of life.

I have recently purchased the scratch attack roller for my 11 year old son who has been suffering with eczema on his face. He has been scratching himself raw and when I found this I didn’t know how much he would use it but it has been a complete life changer. He has been using this almost all the time and it is taking his mind off the scratching and his skin is starting to heal up. We haven’t used it with a moisturiser yet but will do soon. It’s so easy to clean after every use. Although they can be expensive the cost for us is worth it as it’s giving my son a lot of relief and for us that priceless.

I suffer from itching for unknown reason and have tried everything. I usually scratch to the point of breaking my skin. That then starts a chain reaction of itching elsewhere. Using the Cosi care has been a game changer it's amazing.
