Scratch star for eczema

I invested in a Scratch Star a couple of weeks ago to help me break the itch scratch cycle of my eczema. It's been really soothing from the fridge when I've felt my skin heating up ready to irritate e.g. after a shower. It's been out on trips with me too in a cool bag with an ice pack - handy while sitting in a hot car!
The scratch of it on itchy skin is less rewarding than fingernails but it doesn't break the skin like nails so that's a big bonus!
The Scratch Star has definitely made eczema life a lot more bearable and I would recommend it.

What a relief!

I have suffered recently with stress induced itchiness but my problem is the itch was so persistent I ended up breaking skin which exacerbated the issue. Now when I get itchy I use my scratch star and I get the satisfaction of scratching but with none of the skin damage. Keep it in the fridge for extra relief. An absolute must have now!!

Having the case is such a must honestly I love to bring my scratch star everywhere but I couldn’t without the dar because it would get dirty but now I take it EVERYWHERE and it’s so convenient love it !!!
