It hard to use but affective

I really do like them but I wish there was a way to keep the roller still when inside the case.

I really recommend this, even though I know it’s not cheap. I hesitated to buy it because of the price too, but it’s worth it. I’ve had eczema as long as I can remember, and it was the worst from two years ago to a year ago, but the right skincare and this Cosi ball really helped me out. I've nearly cleared all my flare-ups for the first time in forever. I’m so thankful.
When you’re using this product, it really feels like you’re scratching your skin, but with less damage and less after-pain. Love it, and as others are already saying, I can’t imagine not having it.

We've been hesitant to buy the Cosi Care range for my daughter because the novelty wore off quickly with cheaper alternatives, but we thought it was worth a try and the bumpy ball has made all the difference. Myself and my wife have tried it on itches we've had, and we've both felt the genuine relief it offers - so it's been good to offer it to our daughter knowing it's not just a gimmick.

She's only 5 and has had eczema all her life, so it feels huge to us to finally change from a place of discouraging scratching to actually be able to allow her - even encourage her - to do so safely.

We haven't used the smooth ball all that much - and probably would've been happy to buy the bumpy ball without the smooth if it was possible (or even 2x bumpy), but while it's been hot recently it's been nice to keep the smooth one in the fridge as a backup and use it to cool down and offer a distraction.

This was purchased for my adult daughter. She is a teacher and is constantly washing hands. She has found it excellent for itching and as such prevents cuts from normal scratching. Its also soothing

It is so relieving for my feet, toes and neck! The reason for 4 stars is the bumpy ball is a bit noisy, but the smooth ball is quieter. Overall really good and I can't imagine not having it now.

My eczema always gets worse during summer while my eczema is limited to my hands and wrists, and getting this for them has been beyond helpful in preventing me scratching and causing bleeds the bumpy ball gives me scratch relief and when I need a soothing feeling using the flat roller ball after being chilled in the freezer helps to ease the pain a lot.

My wife has sensitive skin and this has really helped her.

After one week using it, the terrible eczema outbreak on my daughter's hand had a chance to heal. She got the biofeedback of scratching but quit tearing up her poor skin.

Doesn’t actually scratch but it’s nice and cooling for sure.

This scratch system is a game changer! I have eczema flareups on my fingers, elbows and ankles and they are so itchy. Wasn’t sure about splurging for the star scratcher so decided to start small and get the finger scratch system. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly it shipped and how well it works. It is so soothing, especially when its been in the fridge and its cold. Went ahead and ordered the big star scratcher after having this and trying it for a few days. Well worth the price.

I really wasnt sure I needed this tool, I didnt think I scratched much on my hands. But I am a picker, my eczema makes my fingertips dry and crack and then I pick which makes it worse. So I thought I would try this and I love the bumpy ball! I never knew how harsh scratching with my fingernails was until using the bumpy ball. Its so relieving and I even use it on my scalp which has been so nice and more calming than I ever thought. I wish there was a big bumpy ball for all over the body!

Exactly as described. My Mother-in-law loves it.

Unfortunately doesnt work as intended for me, it actually makes my skin itch worse after using.
